How to get your IWCF Candidate Registration Number
An IWCF Candidate Registration Number (CRN) is your unique ID within the International Well Control Forum system. It records all your training, assessments, and certifications in one secure place. You’ll need this number before enrolling in any IWCF course, and it stays with you throughout your well control career, whether you train in Australia or overseas.
How to get your IWCF Candidate Registration Number
You are only required to register as a candidate once and can re-use the same CR number for all future course bookings.
Go to the IWCF Candidate Registration Portal and select register as a new candidate.
Enter your details to create your account.
Verify your email, then log in to view your Candidate Registration (CR) number.
Save your CR number for future bookings and renewals.
Already trained before? Log in to the IWCF portal to retrieve your existing CN number.
How it works with Drilling School
Provide your CN number when booking your course with us.
We use it to verify your registration and book you into the correct IWCF assessment.
You will receive confirmation details from us and IWCF system emails linked to your CN number.
Bring photo ID and your IWCF CN number to training so we can match your record.
After your assessment, your results and certification will be sent to your email attached to your CN number and recorded for future renewals.
